The Albemarle Mental Health Center geographic area is large. In order to serve the communities within our ten counties, the Center has established units throughout the catchment area. It is the aim of the Center that patients be able to seek services near their home. This approach enables Center staff to be available on a more uniform basis throughout our geographic area.
